There are going to be obvious disruptions, but all Kurmond Homes staff members remain operational and are ready to help. The latest measures announced by the Prime Minister will have an impact on us all and on the way Kurmond does business, particularly the way we interact with our potential and existing customers.
We’re open for business
Our display homes will remain open, though maintaining all rules and regulations to suit COVID-19, or via appointment as well. This will ensure the wellbeing of our staff and the public. We have hand sanitisers throughout and are taking extra steps to ensure the cleanliness of our homes with daily cleaning and sterilisation.
- Our New Homes Consultants will follow physical social distancing measures, while still providing you with excellent customer service
- Display home tours will be limited to two person group per home to maintain a safe social distance in line with government advice
- Increased hygiene measures including hand sanitisers and frequent cleaning schedules with hospital grade disinfection.
For those who are home-bound, we have display home virtual tours of our display homes, or we’re happy to organise a video appointment with a consultant. All our sales executives are available to meet with you remotely via FaceTime, Skype or Zoom. - Building Sites
Building sites will continue to function under the Kurmond Homes; Covid-19 Building Site Management Plan www.kurmondhomes.com.au
- Clients Without Tenders
Clients without approval will have their Tenders fixed price period extended by 3 months at which time it will be reviewed and extended if required.
- Clients With Approvals
Clients with approval will proceed into Construction without delay; In the event of a Government directed shutdown, your tender expiry date will be extended to cover the duration of the shutdown period
- Tender Presentation/Agreement Signing
To assist those who are anxious about delays in their journey to buying their new home we are offering reduced fees to still get you started if required.

Clients with a current build
Only active customers will be able to visit our colour studio, adhering to the current social distancing guidelines and hygiene measures.

We understand, please contact us on 1300 853 913 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to change your time scheduled time. Alternatively, your Colour Consultant can work with remotely and create digital mood boards and manage you through your external supplier selections.
